How we store your personal information

The data is stored on our main office computers or servers, linked to our social media platforms, website, and other broadcast media.

We keep personal and business information for a period of 6 years to meet HMRC’s requirements under the UK Tax Code. We will then dispose of your information by deleting all electronic records including:

Removing the temporary file held on the computers.

Check that the information is not on a memory stick and if found, it will be deleted.

Printed records are shredded after they have no economic or commercial use, or after 6 years.

Video information is given to a client after the economic and commercial use has ended and the client is responsible for disposal.
