We aim to act as your trusted adviser and critical friend that identifies the support needed, the options available to you and essential information to achieve your business objectives.

We will deliver this through a combination of:

• telephone consultations

• email advice

Each session is approximately 1 and a half hours and will be held at a location agreed by both parties. We aim to strengthen your ability to achieve your goals, translating your ideas into practical and concrete plans.

We will work with you to produce a documented action plan which records what you intend to do divided into short, medium or long-term objectives as part of a comprehensive business review report.

Before the sessions begin we will sign with you a non-disclosure agreement designed to protect your intellectual property rights and enforce confidentiality.

 What will the Sessions include?

• we will help you to set personal objectives and highlight 3 key
  business challenges.

• we will keep a written record of our discussion and any actions agreed.

• we will identify barriers that will prevent you from achieving your goals or aspirations.

• we will highlight any available funding sources that can benefit you.

How to start your support?

1. To access our business support programme, you will be required to complete our client application form which
will help us to assess your needs before we commence the support.

2. We will then provide you with a WRITTEN QUOTATION highlighting the costs of each element of our work with you.

3. You will be asked to pay an advanced fee, usually 25% of the total cost, with the remaining payments
spread over the life of the project.
