Accessing Your Support 

Your support can be accessed in the following ways:

  • e-mentoring. 

  • Video calls (Teams or Zoom) 

  • Webinars. 

  • Telephone consultations. 

  • Email advice.  

How to start your support

1.To access our business support programme, you will be required to complete our Business Needs Assessment Form which will help us to evaluate your needs before we commence the support. 

2. We will provide you with a written Proposal highlighting the costs of each element of our work with you. 

3. You will be asked to pay an advance fee and sign an Agreement in order for us to work with you. 

Each session is approximately 60 minutes and will be held at a location agreed by both parties delivered by telephone, Zoom/Microsoft Teams. We aim to strengthen your ability to achieve your goals, translating your ideas into practical and concrete plans. 

We aim to produce a documented action plan which records what you intend to do divided into short, medium or long-term Work Streams as part of a comprehensive business review report. 

Before the sessions begin, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement designed to protect your Intellectual Property Rights and comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and preserve your confidentiality.
