A business plan is your blueprint for success

Why you need a Business Plan?
A Business Plan is a useful document at any stage of your business development and will benefit sole traders, SME’s and social enterprises, regardless of the sector, industry or type of business. As the business owner you have legal obligations and responsibilities to staff and customers and the Business Plan acts as a control document to ensure that you focus on the right priorities to deliver your mission or vision for the future.

It is therefore an essential tool in order to reduce the risks of trading; help you to evaluate your funding requirements and bring together the strategic and operational tasks necessary to grow.

We can help you to write a business plan designed around your needs and your preferred way of working so that the plans can be implemented in phases or stages in line with your budget and time constraints.

  • Webinars

  • Telephone consultations

  • Email advice

  • How to start your support?

1. To access our business support programme, you will be required to complete our Client Questionnaire form which will help us to assess your needs before we commence the support.

2. We will then provide you with a WRITTEN QUOTATION highlighting the costs of each element of our work with you.

3. You will be asked to pay an advanced fee, usually 25% of the total cost, with the remaining payments spread over the life of the project.

Each session is approximately 1.5 hours and will be held at a location agreed by both parties. We aim to strengthen your ability to achieve your goals, translating your ideas into practical and concrete plans.

We will work with you to produce a documented action plan which records what you intend to do divided into short, medium or long-term objectives as part of a comprehensive business review report.

Before the sessions begin we will sign with you a non-disclosure agreement designed to protect your intellectual property rights and enforce confidentiality.

The business review process aims to improve the business viability of your enterprise through evaluating the risks and challenges that threaten short, medium or long-term survival by focussing advice and support on areas that will strengthen your financial performance. This will take the form of exploring how income can be generated and growth achieved and what changes are required to secure market position.

We will concentrate our efforts on maximising your sales or minimising your costs by examining accounts if available and exploring measures to maximise profitability over the medium and long term.

The review will result in a short-written report making recommendations including a readily implementable action plan.

Data will be collected via a business review questionnaire and you will be interviewed via telephone and/or face to face.

The benefits of a Business review, is to provide the business owner the help they need to start, live and grow in other words, to survive and thrive in a competitive environment.
